סי-קום אופנה ואיקומרס בע"מ (ח.פ. 516467883), שמשרדיה בכתובת סוקולוב 10, תל אביב, מפעילה את האתר https://c-commerce.co.il ושירותים נלווים. אנו מתחייבים לשמור על פרטיותך ועל המידע האישי שלך בהתאם לחוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ"א–1981, ותיקון מס’ 13.

1. סוגי המידע שאנו אוספים

אנו אוספים מידע אישי ומידע שאינו אישי, לרבות:

  • פרטים מזהים ישירים: שם מלא, כתובת דוא"ל, מספר טלפון.

  • מזהים טכנולוגיים: כתובת IP, מזהי cookies, מזהי פיקסלים (כגון Facebook Pixel, Google Tag), מזהי מכשיר.

  • מידע התנהגותי ושיווקי: עמודים בהם צפית, זמני גלישה, פעולות שביצעת באתר, תגובות לקמפיינים.

  • פרטי התקשרות ועסקאות: פרטי רכישה, כתובת למשלוח, פרטי חשבונית (לא כולל פרטי כרטיס אשראי – הסליקה מאובטחת ומבוצעת ע"י ספק מורשה).

2. מטרות השימוש במידע

אנו משתמשים במידע לצורך:

  1. מתן השירותים שביקשת (השלמת רכישות, מענה לפניות).

  2. ניהול קשרי לקוחות ושירות לקוחות.

  3. שליחת הצעות, עדכונים, הטבות וחומר שיווקי מותאם אישית.

  4. ניתוח ואופטימיזציה של אתרי אינטרנט וקמפיינים (אנליטיקה).

  5. עמידה בדרישות חוק, רגולציה ודיווח.

3. אופן איסוף המידע

המידע נאסף בדרכים הבאות:

  • בעת שמילאת טפסים באתר או בדפי נחיתה.

  • באמצעות cookies, פיקסלים וכלי ניטור התנהגותי.

  • בעת שימוש בשירותי סליקה ורכישות באתר.

  • ממערכות חיצוניות בהן אנו עושים שימוש (כגון Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Shopify).

4. משך שמירת המידע

  • פרטי רכישות ומסמכי חשבונאות – עד 7 שנים (כנדרש על פי דין).

  • מידע שיווקי והתנהגותי – עד שנה ממועד האיסוף, או עד בקשת מחיקה מוקדמת.

  • 4.1 שימוש בכלי אוטומציה ופרופיילינג
    אנו משתמשים בכלי פרסום אוטומטיים (כגון Meta Lookalike Audiences, Google Ads Remarketing וכלים דומים) אשר עשויים לנתח את פעולותיך באתר ולבנות פרופיל משתמש לצורך התאמת הצעות פרסום.
    הכלים אינם מבצעים החלטות משפטיות או מהותיות לגביך באופן אוטומטי, אלא נועדו לשפר את התאמת הפרסום והתקשורת.

    באפשרותך להתנגד לשימוש זה בכל עת על ידי פנייה אלינו בכתובת mcc@c-commerce.co.il או באמצעות ניהול העדפות העוגיות בדפדפן שלך.

5. העברת מידע לצדדים שלישיים

אנו משתפים מידע עם גורמים המספקים לנו שירותים (processors), כגון:

  • Shopify – ניהול החנות המקוונת.

  • ספקי סליקה מורשים.

  •  

    Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) – פרסום ושיווק.

    העברת המידע נעשית בהתאם להסכמי עיבוד נתונים (DPA) והתחייבות לשמירה על פרטיות המידע.

     

6. זכויותיך

בהתאם לחוק, באפשרותך:

  • לעיין במידע שנשמר עליך.

  • לבקש לתקן או למחוק מידע.

  • להתנגד לשימוש במידע לצרכי שיווק ישיר.

לביצוע זכויותיך, ניתן לפנות לכתובת הדוא"ל mcc@c-commerce.co.il. אנו מתחייבים להגיב לכל פנייה תוך 30 ימים.

7. הסכמה ואפשרות ביטול

 

איסוף ושימוש במידע לצרכי שיווק ישיר יתבצע רק בהסכמה מפורשת שלך (opt-in).

באפשרותך להסיר עצמך בכל עת מרשימות דיוור באמצעות לחיצה על קישור ההסרה בכל הודעה שיווקית או פנייה אלינו.

 

8. אבטחת מידע

אנו נוקטים באמצעי אבטחת מידע סבירים ומתקדמים, לרבות שימוש בסיסמאות חזקות, גישה מוגבלת למידע, והצפנה במידת הצורך.

9. עדכונים במדיניות

אנו רשאים לעדכן מדיניות זו מעת לעת. תאריך העדכון האחרון יופיע בראש המסמך, ובמקרה של שינוי מהותי נפרסם הודעה מתאימה באתר.

שליטה ובחירה שלך

באפשרותך:

  • להסכים או לסרב להפעלת קובצי Cookie שאינם חיוניים,

  • למחוק קובצי Cookie קיימים דרך הגדרות הדפדפן שלך,

  • להגדיר חסימת עוגיות או מעקב במכשירך.
